Our company was established to help businesses of all sizes to better understand and manage the risks presented by their use of technology. Technology is a great enabler for business, but often the full potential of a new idea is never fully utilized or significant risks can be introduced to a business which have not been fully understood.

We help organizations to get the maximize their investment in technology while being in a position to fully understand the risks that it brings. Where an organization feels that the risks are above their risk appetite we can help them to develop strategies to manage that risk.

We come from a combination of "Big 4"and international banking backgrounds and have extensive experience in all areas of technology and risk. We have extensive experience in assisting clients in developed and emerging markets, and helped number of clients with the assessment of technology risks when acquiring companies in challenging and sometimes seemingly impossible regions (IT Due Diligence).

We work with our clients as outsourced or cosourced resources or on a project by project. We specialize in projects related to information security, business continuity, IT Asset Management IT change and project management as as well as more traditional technology audit. We are practitioners with experience in all relevant international and local standards such as COBIT, ISO27001, Payment Card Industry (PCI) standard, BS25999 (ISO 27031) Standard for business continuity.

We are currently heavily involved in projects to assist our clients with getting ready for the Russiand Federal law on Personal Data - 152-FZ (152-фз).  This is a big challenge for or organizations particularly those already used to dealing with other global privacy legislation such as GLBA or HIPPAA due to specific technical requirements in the law.
